So, like...the New York Yankees won the World Series yesterday. Which makes me so much happier than I've been in a while. haha. I'm so amazed that my curse didn't strike for them this year. Amazed and very, very glad. xD But yes. *dances* HAPPY. :D
In other news, life is...the same. haha. Problem with friends still persists, but I'm learning to live with it. And I think it's...not quite as bad as I had originally thought. Ok, that's a lie. It's bad. But w/e. I say so long as we ignore it and don't make a big deal of it, it'll eventually go away on its own. Stupid triangle... >_> It's a stupid shape anyhow. lol. xD
But yeah...that's pretty much been my life these past couple of weeks. Baseball and...triangles. lol. Fun stuff...

overall, is sorta made of fail recently. And I apparently have a
situation with a couple of my friends that doesn't seem to be getting
any better any time soon.

I think...it's gonna be awkward here for the rest of the year. haha. I can't do my homework in my room, for some reason. My bro tells me to go to the library or something, but I can't do it there, either. It just feels weird. Idek.
And...I'm thinking of trying to talk to the admissions office at UCD to try and see if I can maybe transfer there. It'll be hard and my chances of getting in are really, really slim, but...idk if I'll be able to last here. As I said, it's even awkward just trying to study. If this keeps up, my studies will defiinitely be affected.
But as I told everyone, I'm just gonna try and see if I can be transfer. It doesn't mean I will. haha. It's just...as a last resort. If things really don't work out here, then I need UCD as a back up and to go back to. I'm really, really, really hoping that I can, though, cuz...I think it would really suck if I can't. And I'm pretty sure I'll cry if that happens. Not that I haven't done that recently, but still. XDDD
I've talked to my parents about me trying to transfer back to a school nearer home and they told me that if I give it a chance here and I really do hate it here and if there's nothing that can be done, then I can transfer. They sorta support me. haha. My friends feel the same way. And, as I said, it's gonna be the very last resort if I'm gonna leave this school.
My problem comes in telling my bro. He's...not gonna be happy. I know it should be a decision that makes me happy, but...this is not gonna make him happy. lol. Considering it's his alum, he'll definitely think I'm such a flake, wanting to leave when I just got here. He'll be the toughest to talk to and I'll probablly have to save that talk until I actually find out that I can transfer.
OMG I hope I can transfer. I really do. I'm so not fitting in here. The classes are fine, and yet the only happiness I've truly felt came when I finally thought about transferring out of here. Idk who to talk to. I've tried talking to academic counselors here and all they told me was that they don't know. haha. Useless. So...I'm trying to get ahold of UCD to try and talk to them. Hopefully I can try. And hopefully, I get accepted. Cuz...this just might not work out for me, if I'm really honest with myself. :\
I just...I hate it here. I really do. I can't believe I did this to myself. DAMN IT, Kat. Stupid decisions are stupid. D':

Ok, so I made that totally sad and depressing entry yesterday about how I miss home and how I really wish I could just go back, cuz I'm so homesick.
Well, ok, I still sorta do, but now, I've met some people who have made me a bit happier with being over here.
Mainly, I met Arashi fans in my house. haha.
One, Isabella, is a study abroad student from China and we got to talking about asian music, which led her to asking me about JE, which led to...ARASHI. XD Then, once Isabella's roommate, Sandy, heard us talking about it, she finally opened up and admitted that she knows Arashi and is, in fact, a fan of theirs. Which is super cool, and NOT WEIRD AT ALL! I think she was a bit embarrassed to admit it at first, but eventually, she opened up. haha.
Anyways, I was so homesick yesterday and Amber told me that I just need to have Arashi make me happy again, and in a way, they did! ^^ I just don't think she meant in this way. lol
